Spring Is Almost Here and New Home Starts are on The Rise

Spring is almost here and the new home market is heating up. Since construction starts are on the rise the lumber manufacturers have all raised lumber costs by a substantial amount. We are seeing an increase of new home starts with our company and the deals that had existed on lots are almost all gone, the great deals anyway.

We love building hybrid modular construction for our smaller, green built and green certified custom built homes. By getting a large portion of the custom home built in one of our many factories we can specify the exact manner and conditions under which your new home is built.
